Eye On IPS – Internal Newsletter Transformation Project:
The Eye On IPS project aimed to enhance internal communication within IPS by revamping its traditional newsletter format. By introducing an online publishing platform, we aimed to increase accessibility and engagement among IPS employees.
I played a pivotal role in proposing and leading the transition to online publishing, ensuring that our workforce could easily access important updates and news.
Furthermore, we recognized the potential to leverage existing content from the newsletter to create an external version targeted towards our clients. This extension, dubbed INTEGRATED, allowed us to provide valuable insights and information to our clients, strengthening our relationship and demonstrating our commitment to transparency and communication.
Our efforts were recognized with the prestigious Zweig Marketing Excellence Award, highlighting the project’s success in innovation and effectiveness in internal and external communication strategies.
